Kokoro & Moi updated their website with some fresh work.

Ivan Markovic, french art director based in London, just dropped me a quick line about the last project he directed and designed for the French Embassy in London: “Paris calling – a franco-british season of performing arts”, Patron Juliette Binoche.
Last season (2006) was designed by Graphic Thought Facility / M&M. For this season, the french embassy asked him to elaborate a new visual approach.
After several meetings with the team, the notion of “decompartmentalization” seemed to be the key idea around the Paris Calling festival: a mix between fields, countries, origins, disciplines and talents.
A work of art that explores the relationship between nature, motion and sound, The Interpretation takes us on a languid journey through a slowly flourishing forest. Hinting at vague memories of microbiology and rotating through a cool organic spectrum of greens, blues, browns, blacks and whites; this motion-based work will entrance its viewer as the forest evolves. The Interpretation is set to a minimal score filled with authentic sounds of nature, complimenting the environmental essence of the visuals. Visuals by Michael Paul Young. Soundtrack by Michael Cina. Published on DVD.
The DVD will available for purchase on YWFT website starting Friday May 8th.

For the past 20 years, the Festival tried to put forward the development and the transformations of these medias. For its 20th edition, The International Poster and Graphic Design Festival of Chaumont will present a
reflection on the diversity of the mediums taken over by graphic design – edition, space, object and multimedia.
From May 16th to June 14th 2009
