Pictures of the event are here. It was very nice to meet people from 104, AREA17, F7 and of course Experimental Jetset.
Definitely the kind of design I like. Poster made by Oriol Massaguer.

Over the next month, Michael C Place of Build and Creative Review will be conducting a unique experiment. They are going to document one month in the life of a graphic designer.
Mr Place (whose desk is shown above) has agreed to record everything that he does during this period. Every piece of work. Every idea. Every presentation. Every meeting.
During the four weeks there will be regular updates at the CR Blog. You’ll thrill as he meets his bank manager. Gasp as he checks some proofs. Marvel as he tours exotic locations such as Walthamstow and Epping Forest. All will be revealed.
At the end of the four weeks, they are going to publish this unique insight into the life of a graphic designer in a special August issue of Creative Review, out the week of 23 July.
As a first taste, here is Michael’s diary for last week.

New identy for 104 designed by Experimental Jetset
David Lamothe just informed me that Experimental Jetset will present their recent works at 104 tonight.
Conference begins at 19:30 here : 11 bis, rue curial 75019 Paris, France. FREE.
About 104 :
The 104 is a Parisian cultural establishment which will open its doors in 2008 on the site of the old Service Municipal des Pompes Funèbres, 104 rue d’Aubervilliers, Paris. Opened with all arts, this space of 26.000 m ² composes a new architectural unit where art in all its forms will meet all the publics. The project of the two directors named by Bertrand Delanoe (Mayor of Paris) in 2005, Robert Cantarella and Frederic Fisbach, particularly sticks to make singularity of the artistic languages present at the 104, the place of an experiment anchored in the present.
